The insulation material is halogen-free, non-toxic and non-flammable. The phase and grounding arrangements, L1, L2, L3, are available in N, PE and N as well as PEN. neutral is 100% and PE is available is 50%. the PEN is rated at 100%. the PE/PEN line is made of the same material as the phase line.
