How to install busbars both safe and beautiful

Bus bar installation rules.
1. Loading and unloading of bus bar and storage
Bus bar shall not be lifted and tied with bare wire rope, bus bar shall not be stacked arbitrarily and dragged on the ground. No other operations shall be carried out on the shell, and multi-point lifting and forklift shall be used for smooth shoveling and shall not hurt the busbar. Bus bar should be stacked in a dry, clean, non-corrosive gas pollution warehouse. Busbar troughs should be placed between the upper and lower stacks with soft packing spacers and properly stored.

2. Installation of busbar troughs
When each batch of bus bar is shipped, it is equipped with a map and a set of detailed drawings. Each batch of busbar is shipped with a detailed list of directional diagrams. All bus ducts have corresponding subline and segment numbers, and are installed in sequence by number.

3. Bus bar installation before the test
Check whether the bus bar shell is complete and not damaged, check whether the bus bar shell bolts are loose and ensure reliable bolt connection; check whether the bus bar plug interface is closed and locked; measure the insulation resistance with a 500V megohmmeter, the resistance value is not less than 20MΩ per section.

Bus bar installation steps
Bus bar brackets must be firmly installed, bus bar should be correctly placed according to the segment serial number, phase sequence, number, direction and installation mark, section and section connection, adjacent section bus bar should be aligned, after connection bus bar conductor and shell should not be subjected to mechanical stress.

Connection and installation steps: first check the conductor connection surface of one end of the bus bar and the connector for any bumping damage, and confirm that there is no damage after the two sections of bus bar begin to dock the connector bus bar, the bus bar conductor should be inserted into the connector, and the torque wrench should be applied to lock it in place after ensuring it is in place; for docked bus bar, the end sections of the two bus bar conductors to be connected should be aligned parallel to each other, and then the copper connection piece and insulation spacer should be inserted into the bus bar end Phase gap (each phase of the bus bar left and right to clip a copper connection piece, copper connection piece sandwiched between an insulating spacer.) After confirming that there is no harm, insert the insulating bolts and pay attention to whether the connection holes of the copper connection piece, bus bar end and insulating spacer are aligned, and whether the copper connection piece and insulating spacer are stuck in place, and tighten the bolts.

Bolt tightening torque (M10 bolt torque value 17.7~22.6N.M, M12 bolt torque value 31.4~39.2N.M, M14 bolt torque value 51.O~60.8 N.M, M16 bolt torque value 78.5~98.IN.M). Check with O.1mm stopper, the plugging degree less than 10mm is qualified. Tighten the screws of left and right side plates and upper and lower cover plates.

After the bus bar is connected as a whole, the grounding resistance must be checked with a multimeter 1Ω file, and the resistance value is less than O.1Ω to ensure the grounding requirements.
