①Aluminum magnesium alloy enclosure
- CLX busway system adopts with aluminum magnesium alloy shell. High mechanical strength, excellent stability. Light, convenient for installation. Heat dissipation 3 times than made of steel.
- Low magnetic, effectively avoid the eddy current and hysteresis losses on the impact to the bus duct system.
- Nice corrosion resistant capability, can withstand over 1000 hours salt spray test.
②Conductor-aluminum
- The CLX busway conductor is an alloy conductor，with the high-purity electrical aluminum row as the main body，and the surface laver is specially treated to achieve conductivity that cannot be compared with the aluminum row alone.
③DuPont insulating materials
- With insulation class B, heat resistant 130℃.
- Per layer withstand voltage is more than 10000V.
- No toxicity, no halide even at high temperature.
④Joint - fast and stable
- The double bolt torque makes installation fast and stable , only 19mm ordinary wrench can complete the installation and reach to the expected torque;
- The special butterfly spring ensure long lasting pressure equilibrium;
- Joint internal conductor cross section is 1.2 times more than trunking bar section, and the double face connection can effectively reduce the resistance of contact.

- both outlet phase tabe and plug stab fingers are fully tinned (silver plated optionally).
- the bus plug has complete safty interlock mechanism to ensure electric safty.
- the plug outlet protection module is embedded with waterproof silicone rubber，up to IP54.

- Socket configuration: standard 3m long straight section with 1 to 10 sockets front and rear. Option to install MCCB or not, MCCB brand can be customized.
